Virtual address provided by TigmooShopNShip is a physical address that is present in The USA, UK, SA & India, which accepts delivery on your behalf locally in the origin country.
Your customer identification is a combination of unique alpha numeric number. Our system recognizes you with this number. It helps our system to keep track of your shipment.
When you shop from international online store, it prompts you for Name & address.
Name: (Your customer ID e.g. NJ123456)
Address: (Local virtual address from the country you making purchase)
When you mention your customer ID, we know the parcel is ONLY for YOU.
The moment your parcel is received by local virtual address, you are notified on your registered e-mail id (on our system) which has shipment id. Enter your Shipment id on our homepage to track your parcel.
You can shop anywhere internationally in India, SA, USA & UK online or offline. The retailer will ship your package to your local virtual address for an YPS staffer to handle the rest for you
Our rates include freight charges from hub to destination city. However if the product attracts custom duty or VAT then it needs to be paid for same it can done through us or your own agent.
Please Note:

If shipment is held by customs there are two way to get it cleared:

  1. 1. Clearing done by client or client's Agent:
    • If a client's opts to clear the shipment on their own or through their agent then brokerage fees of ZMW 200 is applicable.
  2. 2. Clearing done by us:
    • If a client opts that we clear the shipment on client's behalf there is clearing charge of ZMW 300 applicable.

Above charges are excluding of any Custom duty, VAT or other taxes applicable to shipment.
