Terms Of Service

Activation of an account with Tigmoo ShopNShip will represent the customers' acceptance of this agreement, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions and acceptance of Tigmoo ShopNShop Privacy Policy.

Tigmoo ShopNShop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify the terms and conditions at any time. It is the registered customer's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis to continue using Tigmoo ShopNShop. If any of the Terms and Conditions are not agreeable, you can stop using the services provided byTigmoo ShopNShop. By using Tigmoo ShopNShop services, the customer accepts responsibility to comply with any export and import control laws and regulations applicable to the countries the goods originate from and are being sent to.


These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services that are made available by Tigmoo ShopNShip dot com. These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Tigmoo ShopNShip dot com and the individual or entity who subscribes to our service.


Tigmoo Shop N Ship offers international delivery of mails and packages with features such as swift delivery times, security, tracking, specialization and individualization. Our international partners give our clients an expanding portfolio of services, competitive, cost-effective pricing and our world class courier solutions that are in a class of their own.


  • You agree to pay any service charges as specified but are not limited to the below:
    • shipping charges
    • duties (Inc. excise) and prevailing GST/VAT if applicable
    • Storage charges(if applicable)
    • Any other additional charges, to make item available to you for collection.
  • You shall pay all duties & taxes, any additional charges incurred in custom clearance and any other applicable charges levied by any local or government authority of Zambia. These applicable charges shall be paid before the item is made available for self-collection.
  • All payment must be made in full by cash or electronic transfer. We reserve the right to confine the item until full payment is made for the item.
  • You may incur an additional handling charge against any item received in our facility belonging to you if the item remains uncollected for thirty (30) days from the date of arrival.


  • We do not offer home deliveries to your country at this time and all items are only for self-collection from our designated warehouse.
  • You may login into your tigmooshopnship.com account to track your item for self-collection
  • On collection of your shipment/item; you are requested to check the item is in good shape & condition. Post invoice has been generated; we do not hold responsibility for any claims, damage or loss of the item.
  • We reserve the right to make any changes from time to time in self-collection policy

Un-Collected Shipments/Items

  • In case of the items that are not collected from our designated warehouse, for more than thirty (30) days, we make an effort to bring into your notice.
  • If you fail to or deny to (i) collect the item or (ii) pay for the item, we at our sole discretion may take necessary steps to cover the losses & maintenance charges made by the company.


  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your service without intimation, if:
    • we observe breach to mentioned terms and conditions.
    • Abuse or Misuse of the service
  • We do not hold our self-responsible for any losses, expenses caused or arising on such termination or suspension of service.

Shipment Insurance

Tigmoo ShopNShip does not insure any shipments under online shop and ship service and it's highly recommended to insure high value items that are $100.00 and above. We do not accept responsibility for any damage or breakage in transit.

Televisions or Computers must be insured separately.

Insurance premium is paid prior to the departure of the shipment from the origin hub.

Delivery Timelines

For normal shipments/products (Non DG) our indicative transit time to Lusaka is as follows
UK: 4 to 5 days
USA: 7 to 10 days
RSA: 3 to 4 days
India: 7 to 10 days
Please note that these are indicative timelines and can take longer than this depending on seasonality, type of shipments (DG/Liquids etc.) In case of urgent shipment and committed delivery time lines we reccomend to use express service for which you can request for quotation from our customer support department before shipping to our hub.

In no circumstances shall Tigmoo ShopNShip be liable in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof:

  • for any increased costs or expenses;
  • for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings,
  • or for any special indirect or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of business or loss of profits, arising directly or indirectly out of the provision by Tigmoo ShopNShip of any of its Services, or of the performance, non-performance or delayed performance by Tigmoo ShopNShip.
